Hi my name is Karl Gosling and I am one of the students working to re-create areas within the New Forest using LIDAR Mapping and Game engines to create a virtual visualisation.
The area I choose to base my dissertation on is the East Boldre Airfield which was initially a flight school before becoming an airbase in WW1.
I have attached some images of the latest version of this re-creation, please have a look and I hope you like it I have worked really hard to make it what it currently is and I am quite proud so far.
