Description: Also tenement with shop and loft over the same, adjoining unto the said tenement, some time the Town hall and the stairs and room off the stairs thereto which said Henry Ringwood now holdeth, by virtue of a lease granted by the corporation to Geo. Mayleigh, deceased on 27 May 1611, and a little piece of ground on the east side of the tenement, whereon John Jolliffe did erect an addition of building to the same tenement and one other common piece of ground adjoining taken from the south end of Watchbell Lane where Henry Ringwood hath lately erected another addition of building to the premises, extending from the building, erected by John Jolliffe, northward unto the town land there, which the said Henry now hath or holdeth of Robert Waterton, gent.
