Description: A silver medieval groat of Henry V, dating to the period AD 1413-1422. Thick, single lined tressure around forward facing, crowned bust. POSVI DEVM ADIVTORE MEVM/CIVITAS LONDON reverse depicting a long cross with three pellets in each quarter. London mint. Cross pattee initial mark. There is a small bend in the coin below the bust. N1388, (North, JJ, 1991, English Hammered Coinage, Spink & Son, London, p 69, no 1388).
