BUCKLE 744026

Description: A complete Medieval cast copper alloy buckle with narrowed offset strap bar. The frame is a single loop oval with notched lip flanked by knops either side, the central propjection is slightly recessed on the upper surface to act as a pin rest. The majority of the reverse is flat. The pin survives. The buckle is 22.6mm in length, 30.2mm wide and weighs 6.51 grams.
