FIGURINE 33450

Description: Cast copper-alloy mount in the form of an eagle or other bird of prey sitting on a circular base; the edges of which are missing. The base is socketed (D: 11). The mount is very worn, with the beak and tail missing. The feathers are defined on the wings by closely-set diagonal lines and on the body, but very little detail survives, Heavily corroded, much of the patina is missing.
