Description: A very worn and slightly bent late post-medieval copper-alloy halfpenny token dated 1794 (Dalton & Hamer 1910, 61; ref. 38). It was struck at Romney, Kent, for use at local carpenter and joiner John Sawyer. The artist was T Wyon and the manufacturer W Lutwytche.
