Description: By JOHN BENNETT of Pagham, gent., and ANNE his wife and WILLIAM PARKER of Pagham of Pagham, gent., with RICHARD PEACHEY of Chichester, gent., and WILLIAM FLETCHER of Chichester, gent., - in consideration of a marriage already had between the said John Bennett and Anne his wife, daughter of the said Wm. Parker, and of the marriage portion of the said Anne - And covenant to levy a Fine of a messuage or tenement with barn, stable &c. belonging and lands &c. containing 100 acres in Westgrinsted.
