Victorian photos – can you help us?

In the Christopher Tower Library is a leather bound album of Victorian photographs fastened with a large brass clasp. It contains photographs of people, many of which were taken by photographers in and around the New Forest and Southampton. Who were these people? Are they any of your ancestors? Can you tell us anything about them?
