Description: A Roman copper alloy bracelet or armlet, probably dating to AD 250-410. The bracelet consists of an undecorated, parallel sided strip of copper alloy, truncated by an old break at one end and terminating in a flat, sub-trapezoidal knop at the other; defined by V-shaped grooves on either edge.
Dimensions: length 54.21; width 7.83mm; thickness 2.02mm; weight 5.5g.
cf. barcelets of similar form published by Crummy (1983: fig. 43-45), although more highly decorated.
