Description: A complete pair of probable Roman copper alloy tweezers dating from AD 43 to AD 410, although they may potentially be later in date. The tweezers are comprised of a single, narrow sheet of copper alloy, folded in half to create two arms which are pinched in together below the fold to produce a loop. The terminal of either arm is folded inwards. The tweezers are undecorated; the metal has a light green patina.
