BUCKLE 83571

Description: Copper alloy double oval loop buckle. The frame has a flat reverse and convex upper surface so that it is D-shaped in section. The outer edges are thickened to rounded points. The bar is narrowed, is D-shaped in section and extends beyond edge of frame forming rounded knops at either end (L. 26.51mm. Th. 3.20mm). The pin is bent around the bar, is D-shaped in section and is broken off (L. 19.47mm. Th. 4.59mm). Dark green patina.
