Description: A medieval copper alloy oval buckle frame, incomplete in so far as it is missing its pin and dating c.1250-1450. The bar is narrowed and the outside edge faceted (possibly accidental damage). There is no notch for a pin. It measures 14.9x16.9x2.5mm (internal 8.9x12.7mm) and weighs 1.34g.
