Description: An incomplete medieval to post-medieval (1350-1600) copper alloy double oval buckle frame, consisting of one loop and the central bar only, with worn stumps of the second loop. There is no pin. The surviving frame measures 21.5x24.8mm (internal surviving loop 12.6x16.9mm) and is 3.9mm thick. It weighs 3.46g. The outside edge of the loops are angled outwards and the central bar is triangular in cross-section.
