Description: A fragment of a Medieval (AD c.1200-1500) ceramic tile. The fabric is hard, coarse and sandwich fired with a a reduced central core, oxidised layer and a reduced surface. The tile has abundant sandy inclusions. The tile is 91.35mm in length, 65.05mm wide, 12.1mm thick and weighs 95.28 grams.
