Description: Complete copper-alloy looped socketed axe. Straight sides expanding out slightly at straight blade. Rectangular-sectioned mouth with rounded corners. Prominent collar at mouth with two narrow horizontal moulded ridges below on all sides. Casting flashes on all edges. Clay core intact. The two halves are not slightly out of alignment. L: 131.5 W. mouth: 35.5 B. mouth: 41 Socket dims.: 25 x 28 W. loop: 6-8.5
