Description: Complete bronze looped socketed axe. Rectangular-sectioned mouth with rounded corners and large socket. Straight blade. Prominent single collar at mouth, no mouldings below. Side loop is slightly off-centre and of an irregular width. L: 124 W. mouth: 34 B. mouth: 40 Socket dims.: 25.5 x 28.5 W. loop: 3.5-5. Part of a hoard of 68 Armorican socketed axeheads.
