FURNITURE FITTING 557062

Description: A Post-Medieval (1600-1800) copper alloy furniture fitting, openwork, circular and domed. It consists of a central circular hole 9.55mm in diameter flanked by two concentric ribs, from which extend three fleur de lis interspersed with three trios of leaves, all touching at the outermost leaves. There are six resulting holes below the outside elements of the lis. The central element of the lis is longer than all the other leaves. It measures 44.22mm in length, 42.31mm wide and 3.37mm thick. It weighs 21.29g.
