Description: An undatable (probably Roman to Post-Medieval, AD 1-1800) conical lead weight with pierced flattened base and apex, standing 12.70mm in height and weighing 14.39g. The base measures 18.72mm in diameter. The central piercing is 8.12mm in diameter. At the flattened apex (9.94mm diameter) the piercing is 6.04mm diameter. Lead weights are difficult to date when found as stray finds, as they are used for long periods of time.
