THIMBLE 435175

Description: A damaged silver thimble, dome missing (?), made from thin silver sheet formerly joined at one edge (now detached) decorated with regular circular indentations with transverse strip below between pellet borders. Engraved initials 'M D' at ?join, now divided. There is a perforation at the base of the thimble and some verdigris at the join internally.
