BUCKLE 33665
Description: Cast copper-alloy spur buckle with an integral plate. Rectangular frame with recessed strap bar which also has knops at either end defined by short transverse grooves. The plate tapers slightly, before expanding out to a rounded end. The plate has a hole for the iron pin; little of which now survives. There is a short circular-sectioned rivet with aflat head on the reverse of the rounded end for attachment to leather.
