Description: Post Medieval copper alloy toy cannon, measuring 59.68mm in length and weighing 14.04g. It has no vent holes. The cannon has a button 5.76mm in diameter and a tapering cascabel with a base ring 10.87mm in diameter. Between this and the circular-sectioned trunnions is one reinforce ring, 9.41mm in diameter. The width at the trunnions is 18.80mm. The chase narrows and is 19.80mm long to the flaring muzzle (9.41mm in diameter; internal 4.75mm), which is just behind the astragal (7.79mm in diameter). Probably 18th century in date.
