Description: Incomplete late medieval/ early post medieval copper alloy double oval buckle frame, missing almost all of one loop. The outside edge is decorated with two knops, D-shaped in section, at the top and bottom extremity of the edge. The axis bar projects beyond the frame. The incomplete length of the object is 25.9mm, its width 23.2mm. It weighs 5.04g. The internal dimensions of the surviving loop are 13x16.5mm. 15th/ 16th century in date.
