Description: 71.1 Instrument, surveying, 'Planimeter'. Long square sectioned, graduated [steel] bar, body. With attached black coloured metal, sliding Vernier scale, with a stamped/engraved number in white lettering: '4307'. 71.2 Instrument, attachment. Long square sectioned, black coloured [steel] bar. With attached round heavy weight having central pin, at one end. At other end, tapered steel pin with ball terminal, locates into hole of black metal body on 71.1. Also white coloured stamped/engraved lettering with words: 'ALLBRIT'; and 'TRADE MARK, STANLEY, LONDON'; and 'MADE IN ENGLAND'; and '4307'. 71.3 Instrument attachment. Flat thin rectangular sectioned, short [steel] plate. With very fine pin and threaded screw at one end, and fine taper at other. With three [engraved] dots and lettering: 10.40[]"; and 20.03[]". 71.4 Instrument attachment. Round sectioned [steel] rod, with integral magnifying lens (for viewing Vernier scale) at right angles. Other end is split for locating into hole of black metal body on 71.1. Also added tape to act as [stop] guide. 71.5 Case, for items 71.1-4. Two piece [wood] case with black coloured [fabric] covering. With two brass coloured metal hinges and two [nickel plated steel] clasp closure fittings, attached with [steel] pins. Moulde/shaped interior with blue [velvet] lining. Also printed label attached to underside of lid, with handwritten [settings]. 71.6 Tag. White coloured card tying type, with words: 'Lonsdale Tech 80870' 71.7 Tag. Brown coloured card luggage type, with words: 'From:- Lonsdale Technical Ltd, 214 Shirley Road, Southampton, SO9 1GF; and 'O/N 14124'.
