Welcome Lord of the Manor 1868

Description: A sign covered with flowers over the high street welcomes the new Lord of the Manor. Shops can be seen behind and a few shopkeepers and pedestrians. This was for the opening of the town hall by Edward Morant who owned a large part of Ringwood.
