Agreement, with counterpart

Description: Between (a) Thomas Standen of Ancton in Felpham, yeo., and (b) James Hale, jun., of Ferring, yeo., executor of Thomas Hale late of West Tarring, yeo., dec'd., to hold £233. 6s. 8d. in trust for James Hale, sen., during his life, paying him four per cent, and the principal to be divided among his brothers and sisters living at his death, including the children of Edward and Robert Hale, and Ann Tulley Recites will, 26 October 1761, of said Thomas Hale, on which terms of said agreement were established Recites Add Mss 11,730 and 11,731, and that said James Hale, sen., is entitled, by virtue of said will, to interest of said conveyance Witnesses: Francis Dear and William Fowler
