Description: To Roger Barton, his father, the use of his lands at Pitt and at Merdon and Hursely in the manor of Merdon, Hants., and of his copyhold lands in the manor of Fareham, Hants.; also his lands called Weech Farm, Brockhurst, p. Alverstoke (300a), inherited from his mother Anne Barton; also Shalfleet rectory or parsonage, p. Shalfleet, I.W., with the Mansion House and lands; also the Free Chappell called Northdale or Magdalens, ps. Appleford and Godshill, with the lands called Holden, and all the glebelands, both of which he inherited from Anne Flemming, widow, his aunt. Roger Barton appointed as Executor.
