Surrender of a term of years
Description: Parties: (i) George Burley of Lincolns Inn in the county of Middlesex Gent (ii) Charles Lord Yarborough Consideration: £17483.3.0d. three per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities transferred from (ii) to (i). Property: Manor of Audleby etc. as described in YARB 3/2/3/3 Term: Residue of the term of 1000 years created by the mortgage or demise dated 17th July 1798 as described in YARB 3/2/3/3. The said property surrendered by (i) to (ii) to the intent and purpose that the said term of 1000 years may be merged and extinguished in the freehold and inheritance of the said premises.
