Description: Limiting the descent of the manors of Calverley and Pudsey and other lands except the manor of Burley to William, son of Walter and Philippa his wife, and his brothers successively and the heirs male of their bodies and failing such heirs to the said Walter's brothers William, John, Thomas, Sheffield and Ralph successively and the heirs male of their bodies. Mention is made of Philippa, mother of Walter Calverley.
