Description: Leases relating to a tenement called Pixes, a close of 3/4 acre, Long Cuffs Close (1 ½ acres), Ten Acres Close (8 ½ acres), part of Six Acres Close (4 ½ acres), part of a meadow (2 acres), 1 acre of meadow in Holwell Marsh and ½ acre land in Whivey Mead. Includes copy court roll with change of lives of Robert Light, 13 Oct 1689, and leases to Stephen Turner, 23 Mar 1783 and 10 Jan 1770.
