Description: Lease for three lives of one tenement at Princeland, parish of Newchurch, abutting on west side of road from Newchurch to Wroxall, now or late in occupation of Richard Bartlett; and a parcel of land called Whitecroft (4 acres) in Princeland, bounded on north by lands of John Rice, gentleman, called More Furlonge, [parcel of Apse] which piece was late in occupation of Richard Gard and did belong to the tenement at Princeland, which said Richard Gard now holds and was lately given with consent of (1) by said Richard to (2) in exchange for another parcel of land in Princeland called Stert (4 acres) on west side of the river there (1) John Meux of Kingston, esquire (2) John Knight of Froghill, parish of Godshill, yeoman; Thomas Knight and Nicholas Knight, his sons
