Description: By John Attree of Ditchling, gent., of a cottage, garden, orchard and land called Dartfords in Wivelsfield To the use of Edward Wilson of Ashurst, D.D., to secure the payment to Sarah Frances Turner the intended wife of the said John Attree, of an annuity of £60 for life, if she should her intended husband, (being the same annuity as was mentioned in another Surrender made the same day of the copyhold lands held by the said John Attree of the manor of Houndean, co. Sussex
