Description: Devise and bequest of all real and personal estates to wife Sarah Elles for life After her decease the copyhold lands called Hills and Dorees containing 40 acres and brookland all in Ashurst given to Mary Bristow for life remainder to John Bristow for life, then to longer liver in fee Freehold messuage, farm and lands called South Bine and Bine Garden in West Grinstead containing 140 acres and copyhold piece called Sprognyes in Ashurst containing 3 acres, to Thomas Palmer, Thomas Muzzall and John Bristow Upon Trust for Thomas Elles Palmer. Freehold lands called West Lands in West Grinstead containing 12 acres, and Leasehold lands called Inner Bine in Ashurst and residue of personal and real estate to be sold and divided as to 1/5th to children of sister Mary Morgan; 1/5th. to children of late sister Elizabeth Muzzall; 1/5th to children of late sister Jane Martin, 1/5th to sister Ann Steer and 1/5th to sister Sarah Burnet
