Lease and Release

Description: In Fee whereby, in consideration of £250 from Joseph Asplin (of Coventry, silkman) to Coventry Harbridge (of Coventry, victualler), and of 5/- paid by John Chambers (of Coventry, gent.; J. Asplin's trustee) to John Pickering (described as in PA/101/7/286), C. Harbridge and J. Pickering sell to Asplin and J. Chambers a one-quarter share in the "Rose and Crown" which had been bought under PA/101/7/286's terms.
