SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Recites conveyance dated 20 Aug 1908 whereby 1. purchased ppty from Charles Edwin Gillett. Now, for £550, 1. conveys to 2. 2 pieces of land in Neithrop on the N.side of the Banbury-Broughton turnpike measuring 4a.3p. formerly held by Sydney Rowles then Charles Mebbitt; 4 messuages and other erections on the premises formerly held by Richard Davis and converted by him into a brickyard; right of way from ppty along road on N. and E. side and from turnpike to ppty of Elizabeth Walker. The conveyance is accompanied by an increment value duty form and by a covering letter from Aplin Hunt & Co. to 1b.
