Description: Capital messuage called Butlers alias Butlers Greene, and lands called Stocklands, Little Haywards, and Tilehouse, sometime part of certain lands called Ashurst purchased by (a) from Thomas Jenner, John Kinge, and Mary Kinge, widow, in Cuckfield (70a). By this deed, (a) conveys the said property to (b), his heirs and assignes, upon trust to the use of (a) and Jane, his wife, during their lives and the life of the longer liver of them, and thereafter to the use of Walter Warden, second son of (a), his heirs and assignes, forever. Memorandum of livery of seisin endorsed. Witnesses: W. Jones, Clerk and Anthony Alexander.
