Description: Between John Fawley of Tong, yeoman, of the one part, and John Darnbrough of the same place, yeoman, of the pther part; that the 1st party will convey to the 2nd party a messuage etc. (mentioned in another deed) in a place called Streetside near Whiskethill in Tong, and that the 2nd party will pay £210 therefor.
