Printed form 'Aa' states that at a meeting of rate-payers and owners of property in Wellow, the forms of the Act were complied with and the resolution was passed (this was to consent to the asking of the guardians to request from the Poor Law Commission the sum of £13:6:5 from the sale of certain premises belonging to the parish i.e. the workhouse and land.
