Description: Francis Foot of Ringwood Rd., Totton, Hants., confectioner agrees to sell to Mignell Thomas Fitzjohn Dew of St Mary Street, confectioner for £50 all the goodwill in Foot's business of a baker and confectioner at Ringwood Rd, Totton, together with the pony, cart, harness, stock, implements and utensils in trade Foot further agrees to lease the house, bakehouse etc. at Ringwood Rd to Dew at rent of £16 p.a.
