Description: Short title: Mason v Penruddock. Plaintiffs: Thomas Mason, administrator of Anthony Mason deceased, late clerk of the parliament. Defendants: John Penruddock esq, Thomas Penruddock, and John Mason. Subject: To redeem. The manor of Elingbury alias Zelingbury, in the parish of Eling [Ealing], in the county of Middlesex, also a farm house and land called Chawkehills Farm in the parish of Fulham in the said county of Middlesex, and also two hundred acres of woodland in the same parish, for the term of two hundred years; all which were conveyed by said Anthony Mason, plaintiff's father, to defendant John Penruddock, upon certain trusts redeemable. The bill also mentions that Elizabeth Mason, plaintiff's mother, was entitled to the manor of Hartly Winteney [Hartley Wintney] in the county of Hampshire for her jointure.
