Attested Copy of the Will

Description: Of Margaret Withers, widow (described as in PA/101/8/180.I) which, as well as what is mentioned in PA/101/8/180.I, gives £50 to each of her nephews Francis and Kervin Wright, £60 to her grandniece Ann [II] Morris (daughter of Ann [I] and Robert) and £20, clothes and a clothes-chest to her servant Margaret Hyde; the estate inherited from her husband Jeremy the testatrix bequeaths to Mr. Humphrey Hale who married Jeremy's daughter Martha; Benjamin Wright is named executor, or his daughter if he dies before the testatrix; M. Withers gives her friends Samuel Smith sen., Joseph Cater, John Warren, Samuel Smith jun. and John Rogerson 1 gn. each for mourning-rings.
