Description: Lease and release by Paul Burrard of Lymington, Southampton gent, only son and heir of Paul Burrard of the same deceased (1) to Daniel Duffield of Chichester, gent (2) For £10 of a croft of land with appurtenances lying at Stockbridge on the west of Stockbridge House 417 feet in length (which croft was leased 29th October, 1694 by Frances Hawkins, Dean of Chichester to Paul Burrard) the term of the lease being for the life of (1) and the rent of 6s. 8d. yearly.
