Description: This rather lengthy series of deeds consists chiefly of mortgages on the property taken out by the Bagster family, owners 1701 - 1759. The key items are JER/HBY/22/1 and JER/HBY/23/7 & 10. Stone and Gillmans, as two separate tenements, anciently formed part of the manor of Appuldurcombe's North Godshill Homage.
