Description: 1) Piece of beachy outlands abutting the King's highway from the town to the Stade (E), other Corporation lands leased to Robert Tournay (S), other beachy lands leased to Tritton (W) and messuages lately built by Fabian Clayton Wilson on other outlands (N) and 2) another piece of beachy land abutting the the highway from the town to the Stade (E), messuages built upon beachy lands leased to Tritton and to lands mentioned at 1) above (W), other Corporation lands (N) and to messuages built by Fabian Clayton Wilson (S): to Henry Tritton of Hythe, bricklayer, for 93 years: endorsed as to conveyance of reversion in fee to Tritton, 2 February 1804
