Hants., esq., (e) Other, 6th Earl of Plymouth and Lieutenant General Henry Wynyard, (f) Charles Viscount Whitworth and Thomas Lightfoot of St. James, co. Middx I Manor of Bourn Riggesbys Bourne or Raggons Burwashes Dives and St. George, manor of Seales Minchins and Melfords in Haslingfield, capital messuage in Bourne and lands in Bourne, Haslingfield, Harston, and Barrington, co. Cambs II Freehold messuages and lands in Bourne, Haslingfield, and Harston, co. Cambs III Copyhold lands of the Manor of Bourne, co. Cambs In consideration of the prospective marriage of (a) and (b), (a) appoints premises I to (d) for 100 years subject to an annuity of £720 to (b). (a) also appoints the premises to (e) for 500 years subject to payment of £10,000 as portions for the younger children (a) bargains and sells premises II to (f) to the use of (a) for life, remainder to (d) for 100 years subject to an annuity of £120 for (b) (a) covenants with (f) that (a) will surrender premises III to the lord of the manor to the use of (f) subject to the same trusts as the premises II
