Release in fee between the same parties

Description: By way of Settlement of all the residuary freehold, copyhold and leasehold estate of Charles Elliott, esq. decd. And assignment of the mortgage and other debts due to the said Chas. Elliott and all estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee By his Will dated 20 Nov., 1827 the said Chas. Elliott (among other bequests) devised to his wife Eling Elliott all his freehold capital messuage or tenement called Westfield Lodge with the garden, summerhouse, stables and buildings at Brighton for her life. Gifts to sons, Charles Elliott, Henry Venn Elliott, and Edward Bishop Elliott and others of stocks and investments By a codicil testator gave to his daughter, Eliza, wife of the Rev. Francis Roach Spragg, clerk, the freehold house, No. 12, Cannon Place, Brighton, and to his daughter Catherine Jane the wife of Samuel Brasier, esq. the freehold messuage, No.7 Cannon Place. Testator died in October, 1832
