Sussex, but then of Storrington, yeoman, to William Church of Storrington, yeoman, of All that piece of meadow land called the Mill Mead containing three ac. one rood in Storrington, bounded by land and the mill pond of George Hard, N., land of William Battcock W., and the back lane, S., in the occupation of the said William Botting, part of a farm called Bine Place Farm or Mill Farm conveyed by lease and release dated 8 and 9 October 1794 by Jacob Pope of Chichester, mercer, to the said William Botting
