Description: Thomas Fawley of Brookehouse, Cawthorne, Yorks., yeoman to Thomas Fawley, his eldest son. Messuage in Cawthorne called Brookehouse, and Hall Crofte, the New Close, the Hall Croft dike, the Lathe Crofte, the Orchard Croft. To be held of the chief lord of the fee, and with the proviso that he pay his father £5 per year, and his brothers Robert and Timothy and sister, Sara Boulton, 20/- per year each, for life.
