Deeds of properties I and II

Description: Properties I and II come together, 9, 10 Oct. 1833 (nos. WISTON/393, 394) when the four daus. of John Bannister who remained in England (following letters of attorney from the other two daus., and their husbands, in Van Dieman's Land [Tasmania], nos. WISTON/391, 392) conveyed both properties to trustees under the will of the late Charles Goring, in consideration of a total of £1,342. 13s. 2d.; and a release, 10 Oct. 1833, was made by the said parties in Tasmania (no. WISTON/395). John Banfield was instructed to pay his rent to 'Mr. Goring of Wiston Park' (no. WISTON/396).
