Robert Marshall the younger of Fiskerton, Esquire, and Adiell Bethell of Upton near Windsor, Buckinghamshire, Gentleman. Ellys and Bethell covenanted to Robert Marshall to levy a fine before the end of Hillary term 1666 to Robert Marshall and Adiell Bethell, for the use of themselves. Property The manor of Harrington, Frieston and Titton (Totton, Wyberton), 8 messuages, 8 cottages, 4 tofts, a water mill, a dovehouse, 5 gardens, 5 orchards, 200 acres of land, 100 acres of meadowland, 500 acres of pasture, 30 acres of wood, 100 acres of heath, 100 acres of marsh, 30 shillings rent in Harrington, East Thedlethorp, West Thedlethorp, Wynthorp, Somerby, Conisby, Hagworthingham, Bag Enderby, Frampton, Alderchurch (Algarkirk), Burgh le Marsh, Wyberton, Frieston, and the advowson of the church of Harrington.
