John Robinson of Tibshelf Derbs. and John Marshall of Skegby, Marnham, farmer, on trust for his heirs (in default to nephews Wm. and Thos., and Hen. only charged further with £100 to niece Frances and £150 each to niece, nephew, Mary and John).
